Contact info for BMWNA executives???

Does anyone have contact info for BMWNA Execs. Customer service is of no help and once again my 2013 328XI sits back at the dealership. Total 37 days and counting.

What state are you in and is that 37 continuous days or more than 3x for the same issue?

You'll be waiting for a new car, but you'll have the pleasure of hopefully having a car that's perfectly fine. And it won't reflect well on the dealer, either.

The dealer is involved with the problems of the vehicle and are trying to remedy this with BMW.
