New Nav shuts down and reloads. - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hi I was driving today using the New Nav and in split screen the maps went blank/black screen then 3 seconds later the whole screen switched off. I thought that was it, then it started itself and almost went through an initial set up. This happened twice in short succession. Has anyone else experienced this with the New Nav. Could it be a software or hardware issue.

I also have the new nav and have experienced this multiple times. Took it to the dealer and he claimed they couldn't recreate it. Then of course it happened again on the drive home from the dealer. So still no answers. If you get one, please let me know too! I'll do the same.

I have NBT and never noticed this on mine.
