Juice box on AH3? - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Has anyone added a juice box to the New AH3? Of what I have read it would get the horse power up to 440.

I would contact Terry Burger the owner of Burger Motor sports and ask him directly. I emailed him and he told me there were AH3 owners with the stage 1 tune out there...but I would reach out to hear it from him personally.

Terry at BMS said the N55 stage 1 chip will work for AH3.

Does it affect the hybrid system and its integration at all?

I have no idea. I think it's to much of a risk.

Doubtful. Think it just turns up boost 3.5 psi.

In what manner? Is that the one that modifies the temp sensor?

I have a JB4 sitting in my office. I am just afraid to install it. I'm hoping someone does it first..lol...

Yea it's a scary thought. What would this engine cost to replace? 20k.... IDK but I am in the same boat as you. My thought is its gonna confuse the Hybrid system and maybe blow something. I might check into to M performance kit and see what that does or even if its possible to instal.

Dealer won't install PPK on the AH3.

That's a bummer. But don't u get more go anyways with the electric motor?

Yep. Electric engine has 55 HP. Think it adds 40 in eco boost.
