Build Quality of my F30 320d Msport

I recently traded in me beloved 07 plate 330d Msport tourer for a new 320d Msport saloon, I loved my old Msport which I purchased after having a c class merc, and thought the build quality and general drive if the car was great, I am having to take back my F30 to bmw to try and cure the rattles with the interior, the last time i had this issues was with my old mondeo and even worse my old vectors SRI, not what I expect from a 33k car, anybody else disappointed, or have I just got a poor car

No rattles here or anything. Only squeaky brakes the first couple of hundred miles. Had it for a year now and it's still like new
It's probably an easy fix, I wouldn't worry about the overall build quality.

Well went into bmw to check out rattles and appears to be wax in the door seals that come in the car when delivered, this has now been removed and rattles have gone hurray
