Regarding best luxury car under $80k:
Totally disagree about the Merc win. Had a Mercedes C Class 350 CDI Blue Effeciency AMG Sport and it was nowhere as good as the F30 BMW 330d M Sport. The Merc engine rattle could wake the dead. Also, its auto box was not a patch on the BMW's 8 speeder as it always hesitated when trying to pull away from rest even after all the software updates. Then there's the handling: the BMW wipes the floor. Both cars with adaptive suspension. I could go on and on. The C Class is an old car now and its replacement cannot come soon enough. It is perfectly ready as maggot food.

Yeah. I felt it contradicted their 328i review where they concluded it was better than the C250 petrol.
If the donk is the only difference between the two does that really change the result that much? I wouldn't have thought so.

I agree with the comment on adaptive suspension being a "must". Anyone contemplating buying a new F30 should option into it. I really enjoy the extra softness in comfort on our sad roads.

Only issue is when buying the M-Sport package, the M-Sport suspension is part of it. So I pay extra for it. I wasn't about to double pay for the adaptive.
BMW should have: Really included the adaptive with the M Sport for a true M-Sport package. Still, I'm very happy with the M-Sport suspension, especially after 7 years with the E90's Sports suspension.
