Software Update Site Can't Find My VIN# - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

I type in the last 7 digits of my VIN on the bmw website and it says the # entered is incorrect. A month ago it worked... My last 7 digits are: F256502.

Any ideas? Thanks

I just tried mine and it no longer works either. It has worked for me for the last 9 months, so I'm guessing they have an issue on their end.

I put a few VIN's in from my local dealers' inventory and they don't work either. They will probably straighten it out on Monday.
