What does this status mean - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hi Guys,
Can you tell me what 'Delivered From' Status mean on the shipping website. Is it delivered to VDC or does it mean its on the train?

DELIVERED FROM HALIFAX, NS 07-03-2013 12:37:17 1
DISCHARGED HALIFAX, NS 05-03-2013 10:26:00 1
LINER RELEASE HALIFAX, NS 05-03-2013 08:57:50

My bet would be that the vehicle has been offloaded, cleared customs and delivered from the dock to the CN yard for loading on railcar.
