Hi Guys,
So I finally got my production number and I am trying to track it however it doesnt seem to be working both on bmwusa website or the BMWNA phone number. According to my dealer production is going to be 2nd week of Feb, is this why it doesnt give me details right now?

I only started tracking when I got a VIN. Sorry can't help you...

The web site and phone number are for US customers only. The dealer can give you updates however. There are other posts on the forum about how you can track after you get the VIN.

Once the car is in Halifax, you can go to the Hansen website and track delivery to the dealer.
It usually takes 5-7 days to show up on Hansen's- that was the case with my vehicle.
You need the Vin to do this

I actually called BMWCA and they have me an update on the phone. Their number is 18005672691. You need production number our VIN to get an update.

I would assume the tracking number won't yield anything until the car has entered production

They actually did tell me the production week based on the production number. Thats where I got week 7 for production start date.

Hi, do you have a rough estimate on how long it takes to get from Halifax to the dealer. Lets say the dealer is in the Toronto area.

I think its 3-5 days.

Depends on whether you get on a train or not. Was about 10 days from unloading at the dock until it showed up on the Hansen site for Toronto delivery for me.
