Not going to lie. I want to get this for my fiancee. Seems like the perfect car for a girl.

320 | White Metallic | Driver Asst Pkg | Lighting Pkg | Split Fold Down | Bluetooth
=$36,970.

Invoice should be roughly 6.5% off, so we are looking at $34,600. Which seems like a deal for a new car. A loaded V4 Accord Sedan is $30,785, and probably $28,700 Invoice. Seems like the right price point IMO.

I disagree.

X1 and X3 xdrive35i are no more expensive than 135i and 335i yet they have more room and AWD.

Not our fault. Blame your government for the 300% tax.
No. Just 130%tax.. D rest are profit margin earned by BMW. But its ok, its still cheap for us here considered its a entry level. Besides, i did not blame you. Sohai. Kanniniabut. Babi.

I leased an E90 320i while living SAfrica. There's so much spirit in that small-pot 4cyl. It was like she strove to be as resilient as her 6cyl stable mates -- think "The Little Engine That Could", yet couldn't quite get there. Although it was sluggish, it wasn't noticeable in comparison to the sea of VW Polos and CitiGolfs. I believe these will fare well in hyper-urban areas.

Dear BMW, please offer this "Sport package" for $1,300 on a base 328 or 335 as well. This understated option has just the right specs (seats, suspension, steering wheel, wheels) like the sport option used to be on the E90, without quirky interior trim colors and piping, or look at me bodywork.

That would be great for us, but wouldn't that undermine the whole concept of lines? This 320i package gives you sports seats and passive sports suspension, which you need the sport line, and the M steering wheel, which you need the full M-sport package, in a 328i. I don't see it happening.

My local dealer has a bunch of those 320i sitting in their lot right now and already offering decent discount on those and yet I don't see too many people buying the F30s in my town. Makes me wonder if that's a problem with the car or the dealer here.

Just checked out the 320i on BMWUSA.com. Annoying that they're charging so much less for what is basically a 328i w/ different software.

At least they're still offering a real "Sport Package". For 1300 bucks, this is a GREAT value:

Sport Package, $1,300:
•M sport suspension
•Anthracite headliner
•M steering wheel
•18" v-spoke 398 wheels w/ mixed summer tires
•Sport seats

Yes, but u can't tune it to 328i levels. In Germany I think the price delta is 4,000 euros but the 328i have slightly more equipment (plus better brakes & exhaust).

I miss my DHP. My 328i loaner feels like a totally different car. I didn't realize how a $1,000 option could impact the feel so much.

I think the 320i is a steal though if your a badge whore.

We would love to see more diesel options as well.
