New BMW owner & to Forum Intro - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hey everyone, I finally purchased my first BMW - 2013 335Xi M Sport...I have only owned highly modified mustangs my last being a supercharged GT with 550+ hp and I can say this BMW satisfies my desire for pure fun when driving. I chose this over the G37 IPL, S4 and Cadillac ATS...Right now its all stock with just the black kidney grilles and 4% tint but much more to come. Let me know what you think and I am happy to be a part of the forum.

Looks good. I'm on the fence about black kidney grills though. I like the way they look on a black car, but also like how the headlights meld with the chrome version of the grill.

Yeah I was on the fence about changing them out too, I think the black makes it look a little more aggressive than the chrome

Very nice ride! I went the EB2 route with my 335 i xdrive. I've had some pretty high powered cars in my life and, like you, I certainly don't feel short changed with the powertrain in the 335. It certainly has all the power I need for everyday driving needs. Sure 450 HP plus is nice on the track but that doesn't happen very often.

I drove my friends Shelby Mustang which sounds like what you had before the 335 ix. Great car, wild power, but not very usable in the real world. He is afraid to drive it in the rain!

The black Kidney grilles are a must on any colors... If you want the aggressive front end.
