BMW connected drive and BMW Assist - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

So I am trying to send directions from google maps to my bmw but I am unable to do so. After a little research I came by this website for bmw connected drive. Are any of you able to log on here? or is their a different site to log on for bmw assist?

Your login should be your email address and password is you last name in CAPS

If not call the BMW assist number.

I tried both with caps and lower case but none worked. Thank you though.

Your password will actually be whatever you (or your dealer) set up at the time BMW Assist was activated.

It is wise to use all caps, however. For both username/pw.

My BMW Assist works (SOS button calls BMW and sending addresses via remote app and google maps) and I can't log into that site either. I think it's for something else.

Did you setup a BMW Assist e-mail and password when you took delivery? Did you make the test call and finalize the setup with the BMW Operator?

If not, you need to before Assist is fully enabled.

My e-mail is all lower case; the CA set it up that way when we took delivery.

I have finished the set up but their is a problem with my bmw assist, none of its functions work and this is the second time it has to go into service for that.
