How to activate the Remote Services?
Does anyone know why the Remote Services have not (yet) been activated in many (most) Countries by BMW?
The 'My Remote BMW' App can not be downloaded in most App Stores (you can in the UK App Store), and if you manage to do so, you are unable to activate the Remote Services. Here in The Netherlands this is also the case.... ![]() Does anyone have more information on this subject? Or knows a way to deal with it? Many thanks! |

If you have (paid for) the BMW Connected Drive account you subsequently need to activate the remote services. This does not work in the Netherlands and many other countries => which they do not tell you when you buy the car / sign up for the connected drive account. ![]() |

So word is that if you have an Android you can download the app to your computer and side-load it to your phone.
That said, I'm not eager enough to get it just yet. The Ultimate Drive App though, now that's cool.
