He's a friend of mine... $100. I believe BMW was charging $130+tax which is there going rate for 1 hour of labor. It probably takes them 5 minutes to put on, but the most time consuming part is letting the adhesive dry.

Looks amazing! How did you black out the area around the kidney grill? Looks so glossy and clean I love it.

I say matte black grills to keep the industrial ironman look going, considering all the other M Perf parts, outside of the carbon fiber stuff, is matte black. Plus, the M-Perf gloss black does not match any color on BSM as BSM is more like an ultra dark gray in light and the grills are more jet black. But, hey, this IMHO. But your car looks great!

so is it true that if you install the rear spoiler you have to install the front lip? Cuz apparently that's what BMW says. But I don't like how the lip looks on alpine white. I love the dark spoiler though. But I think the scoopy part in the middle of the m sport bumper looks like a gaping mouth when the black front lip is on there.

Marketing...getting you to buy 2 things is better than 1

ahh ic, yeah. bsm is better than jet black and i had an e92 jet black. Def gonna get bsm for the f32!
Gloss black performance grilles are way better than the matte black. Just because the splitters are matte people think you should match the grilles but the gloss grilles make the car look so much more classy and sporty

I'll say half marketing. Your car won't become airborne and triple somersault because you only had the rear spoiler. But if you add down force to the front, it does make some sense to balance that with increased down force to the rear.
