Quick question to all who have installed or have experience installing, will it make a difference if you are installing in cold weather?

Will the adhesion be just as effective? Curious as to your answers.

When I installed a M3 spoiler on my last E46 it seemed as the heat helped it adhere better, but a benefit of doing it in the cold is that you have more time to adjust the location of the spoiler, I also have been watching the spoiler all week on my car, I have been paranoid that it would pop up a bit but it has not moved at all and is sitting flush.

I had a similar concern regarding Glacier Silver paint and decided to contact the vendor themselves. There are different sellers but I think I will go with member M.Suka recommended vendor. Plus, they seemed like one of the few to be able to do (Glacier Silver) so, ask the vendor before ordering.

Messaged the seller yesterday and they responded very promptly. I was told that my spoiler is being painted and it requires 6 layers of paint. As a result it takes time.

no paint code is B45 estoril blue.

I ordered one from emotors2000 on January 2nd. I contacted them today and was told Fedex damaged the package.

Their shipping me out another one. I ordered mineral grey metallic.

Wow, that's bad luck but on the flipside it's great they're resending you new one. Show us the pics when you're done.

Just ordered mine yesterday. Can't wait to have it arrived in a week or two (hopefully) as the forecast is going to be sunny (but cold...)! The trick used by the guy in the youtube video (spray with 1/2 water/alcohol mixture) should be helpful for aligning the spoiler.

Ordered mine last Sunday but it arrived damaged last night (very fast shipping). I took a picture and e-mailed it to them. Without hesitation they shipped out another one and it should be here Monday. Will take pics once installed.
