Yeah, I was worried about this too and found this on youtube. This guy does show how to remove it and clean it up @ about 1:00 mark....

Note: his installation with his 50/50 mix spray is different from what everyone here is doing. But from his removal, you get an idea of what to do.

Just installed it. Took about 2 minutes. Paint and fit is perfect. Best $90 mod out there right now.

Looks nice. I paid $150 for m performance spoiler and will have to pay another $100-150 to get it painted. Guess I should have waited.

I was 1 day or so away form buying the same one for $150 and then painting. If you can return it, I would. This is perfect fit and came in 3 days.

I got the oem one and my body shop is doing my msport kit already and are painting the spoiler for free. They do all my painting. I put mine on using a spray of 50% water and 50% isopropyl alcohol. It evaporates very quickly and gives you some time to adjust it perfectly before becoming too sticky. I recommend doing this as its very difficult to remove and re-adjust without messing up the tape. I've installed a lot of lips and spoilers this way and it's always perfect.

I have to say I'm really impressed with how good this vendor did these. I don't see any ripples or sag to it. Not bad. ive had issues in the past with replica spoilers so I always get oem. This one looks good though.

Glad I could help and the spoilers are looking great, I guess I had to be the guinea pig, but looks like we all got a good source for a low cost and good quality part which is really rare in the BMW modification department.

I also did not get a tracking number but got to me in about a week, try and send the seller a email on the status of your order.

Hmmm.. I'm wondering since my car is Opti-Coated, if I'd have to do some extra prep in order for the adhesive to stick well....

Jury is still out. When viewing at certain angles and under certain lights, it can appear whiter than the car. But then I take three steps to one side and it looks perfectly fine. I'm waiting for a nice sunny day to scrutinize and take more pics.
