BMW have lost my new Car!! - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hi

Ordered my 330D Touring Oct 10th with a delivery date of Dec 31st

Got a call last week from BMW. They claim that due to computer issue, they cannot track the car, hence lost!

So, they know it left Germany and that's it

Rather odd if you ask me... Not really impressed

Anyone else in the UK having the same issue?

Are you sure it's BMW rather than just your dealer?

spoke to the dealer today. They seem to be clueless

so, they have the chassis number and seem to believe that the car will be ready on the 18th Jan , although they don't know where the car is

what a joke!!!

What is the status from the 1800 number and the website?

We can't check via the website in the UK.

You will need to call BMW UK with the VIN number or order number mate.

given that I am being told 18th of Jan or later. I might as well leave it another 5 weeks and I will be in the new registration !!!

That's very slow; I ordered my 330D M Sport (F30) on 12th November, and picked it up on 21st December; something doesn't seem quite right?
