Non-Sport Auto shift knob swap with Sport Auto (or M Performance) possible? - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Title says it all - can one replace the Non Sport-Auto shift knob by the M Sport version or the Sport Auto shift knob, which looks less dorky?

I would like to know that too or even change it for the ceramic lever.
