Nothing worst than my f30 335i.
1 month after getting the car, got rear ended by a huge 16 wheelers truck.
Basically the back was completely destroyed and had to be rebuilt.
It was repaired like new now but still.

Hope it's just as easy for the BMW.

I can't ever win.
You know "misery loves company" this will make u feel a little better, someone slashed all four tires and wrote with black marker that left scratches all over my hood couple of weeks ago
Annoys me so much to think that people do that sort of thing... How is it funny or entertaining ruining someone else's property?

Smth like this if I translate from a mix of former Soviet Union and english letters "So what fagot Georgian" ps. I am not the first description, am the second though No vendetta, no clue who this might be. Got no sign of my cultural background on the car as well
Ps. Guy with the "rear ended" problem wins

You can see just how thin the new hood is compared to the E90. I think I might have to get a car cover or figure something out for the fall. All those acorns falling are going to wreak havoc.
I will make sure to avoid hail then. Sounds like that might be more of a problem with the F30 hood.

I was joking. But still, it's pretty useless. What are my options, move? I've lived here 20 years without something like this happening.
Get a garage lol

I don't understand people who have nice cars and don't garage them. I suppose everyone is not a car person.

I have a Porsche and a Land Cruiser in the garage. Both cost more than the BMW. Unless I'm gonna build another garage which is out of the question, I don't have an option.

I have lots of nice cars, but it's kind of tough to site a 16 car garage. You just do what you can. Sh*t happens and you fix it. Being a "car person" has nothing to do with it...

Where in brooklyn do you park? I never leave mine outside since few years ago someone scratched the hood of my e90 while in my driveway. Now i always put it in the garage even if i know i will need the car in 20 minutes. People in brooklyn are mean.

You have an option. Cost is probably similar to the hood repair.

And this is just one option I found for you. Look at this type of solution. Seriously!
