Both are non carbon fiber. The spoiler cost an additional $140 prepainted online and they would charge $137 to paint and install it. I could probably install the spoiler myself but have no experience installing a splitter (don't want to experiment on my one week old car). I like the way it looks painted and more so in the EB II.

so would anyone care to explain why the M performance suspension kit isn't supported on vehicles with the m-adaptive suspension? It seems kinda weird they would shaft the owners that opted for the extra suspension mod...

I was definitely looking to upgrade the suspension first and am kinda miffed BMW decided to forego this option for the m-adaptive suspension owners!

Probably a programming thing. It's adaptive, so there are a lot of electronics behind it changing on the fly - if you were to lower it, it'll throw the algorithms off.

Now with that said, I'm sure they're working on something for the near future...there's no reason why it can't be done EVER.

But then again, seems like PPK is only for M Sport models, so BMW is truly confusing the masses with this wave 2 update....

The parts guy at my dealer says if the parts are not in the BMW website he cannot order them. the spoiler and the front splitter are not in the website. He says he doesn't now when he can order. He didn't even try looking and apparently he is the one that should know as he is the manager.

Edit: Their sister dealer is actually selling the spoiler just got it on ebay for $150 no tax and free shipping (i will pick it up as it is close to my house). It is cheaper than in getbmwparts.com at about $50 less. Looks like that parts guy where i got my car was just lazy and decided no to look. I even told him i had the part number. I got the link from another post but here it is if anyone is interested

I just received my F30 back after the install...very positive impressions, this is a must do for anybody with a RWD F30.

Note: I was incorrect about the install price, it was about $1000.

I would use that pricing structure with a grain of salt, BMW Dealerships are getting different hourly quotes in there system and it's rather frustrating...what was supposed to be a 0.6 hour service is 1.4 hours, WTF?!?

OP - where did we get these screen shots? Has BMW raised the pricing/hourly estimates?

Yea I hear you I got quoted 6.5 hours for the brake install when it only says 3.8 on that sheet.

Only thing that was accurate was the suspension install for me, pretty close to the quote.
