First time to the track with F30 328i...kinda..

What's up ladies and gent here a short video taken earlier this week from an event held here in South Floriwithal the local drag way

Streetracingmadesafe.com (for more info)

Only a couple videos this time around due to the humidity , the gopro would not stick anymore..event is held every other Wednesday so more to come..

First vid is of my AWD dsm ..then my f30

Genesis (bolt ons) (dig) (Win)
11'Jetta GLI(stage 2 Cobb, down pipe, intake, boost-controller) (Even)
Lexus G350(not 100% on that) Had the V6 (Dig) (lost by half a car due to bogging at the line FML)

They sell more non turbo ones than turbo. Turbo cars have custom tuning options that net good numbers.

well the one in the video was turbo. it has more hp and tq than the 328i. guess that tranny is something else.

Insideline dyno'd both engines and found the N20 328i puts down more to the wheels.

The Sonata/Optima is not a performance car, not with the 2.0T. It's just a replacement for the typical V-6 offered in that class.

They are quick with a tune, but stock they are mid to high 14 second cars.

Yea.. I didn't think the outcome was going to be so much. Those kia are rated at 274 hp and front wheel drive ..I thought maybe up top it would have caught up.

The 328i come out nice from a dead stop I had some wheel spin , I was on sport mode dsc off manual mode held the brake to about 1800-2000.

Overall made some people real unhappy with my stock bmw
