Not exactly true. You can get sport+ in those lines if you ordered active steering or adjustable M suspension.

You get Sport+ mode available if you have any of the following on your car:
On US cars the Dynamic Handling Package ($1,000) includes both VSS and Adaptive M. Sport+ doesn't actually do much but enable a less restrictive version of traction control. |

It can be coded.
In the ICM folder if you enable SPORTLENKUNG (sport steering) as a bonus you get Sport+ |
