Jb4 n55 hidden codes?
"The JB4 features a simple plug and play installation harness and built in deletion of hidden "tuner detection" codes"
This quote was from the burger motor sports site. So my question is if I go in for service and I take out the jb4, will they not be able to detect it? My purpose is to protect my warranty. This is for a f30 335i |

Also on **********s, http://www.**********s.com/BMS-N55-S...-JB4-Tuner.htm It says it is a "piggyback system" where scan tools cannot trace it? |

^^^ Just curious why some names of companies are censored? Is it because you don't like them? Or is that just a forum policy?

You can also use a BT cable to clear codes. They have the file for the F30 on their website for download. Of course, BT cable allows you to do many other things too; including read and delete "shadow codes". But, it's much more expensive than buying the CAN tool.
