Door Handle and Follow me Home Lights

I read somewhere, when you put the car in reverse the door handle lights come on to help guide the driver. I have the lights but come on when locking / unlocking only. Is there a way to code?

Secondly, when locking the car, i thought the lights come on for a set period of time, but they don't. Is there a way to code this also? I have the Vibility (adaptive) light package.

Thanks

The 'Follow me Home' lights are manual just like on my E91. You have flick the light stalk and it will stay on for whatever you have defined in the Lights menu. Be nice if this could be coded.

It is. The value you set is how long the lights will stay on after you have flicked the light stalk.

Found a couple of values i'm playing with now...

Will see if the door handles works tonight... This is more hopeful than the automatic FMH lights...

To enable the door handle lights on reverse, you have to code OVT_BEI_RUECKFAHRLICHT in FEM_BODY to aktiv.
I just did this yesterday on my F20

Just drove home and reversed in the drive. Viola, the lights came on when reversing...

Now I have a weird problem...

The knob that controls the headlights stays illuminated even when the car is locked!

Normal. It cuts off about 5-10 mins later.
