What do you guys think about my modified F30 328i in China
![]() Featured on BIMMERPOST.com ![]() Brand new F30 328i Sport White/Red Current mods: 1) ASPEC vacuum infused carbon package, including Front lip, fog light vents/covers, kidneys, side mirrors, roof, rear spoiler and rear diffuser 2) ASPEC Quad tips catback exhaust system 3) ASPEC AUTOart VY wheels 19x9 | 19x10 + Kumho KU31 245/35/19 tires 4) KW V3 suspensions 5) Alcon 6-pot with 380 disc front bbk UPDATE: Thanks for all you guys honest and warmest comments Both silver and gold wheels look great on white, so do Black, gun metal, pink, blue, green etc........ If you don't like gold, you are too old!! Kumho tires are great quality, nothing short on quality vs value, compare to all other brands, except for the length of the history of the brand, the country it was made, etc. Don't get me wrong, I love Michelins, but hey you lucky boys in US tire rack you can get the 19" Michelins for less than $200 each, while we have to pay double here in China. This F30 is my daily and occasionally light track duites, I don't need very sticky rubber. When i m hungry for some serious speed and controls? I have other sports cars in my garage to feed me....Kumho to Michelins? like Samsung smart phones vs iPhone? We pay the price of a Porsche 911 in US to get only a BMW F30 328 here in china. The rear spoiler matches the lines of the car pretty well (IMO), it is different from the other existing design out there, it gives your F30 a bit more edgy attitude. Check out some other pix here in this threads. The Carbon roof is made of REAL carbon fiber under vacuum process, it is thin and consistent and smooth, so that it can covers your entire roof, if i don't tell you where to look for, you probably think it is a real replacement of carbon roof panel. The rear diffuser and front lip fit on the regular 328 or 335 bumper, non M-tech bumpers. Different angle of pix attached. All these are just released in China, it will be available soon in USA. For those who PM me, I will reply later for the details. Wheel offset, sorry, not to be disclosed here.....and with this setup, they do clear the fender wells. The wheels are made with original center cap size, the original BMW caps can be used, but i think the blue and white logo is out of place with these nice wheels and keeping the same color caps would make the car much cleaner IMO.

Nice!
My suggestion...ditch the generic center caps. Check if any BMW roundels fit.

wow... this has to be the best F30 i have seen yet. i want everything you have. where did you order your stuff?
i debated spending on "show" or "go", but i hardly even use what little power i have now. at least he spent it on something everyone can see and enjoy. Last edited by bcl0328; 11-16-2012 at 02:08 PM. |

I sorta like the front lip and the rear diffuser...just not sure whether the diffuser it "too much" or just fine... ![]() I hope he can PM me where he ordered the stuff from...seeing he's in China, it must've been pretty easy and damn cheap for him... ![]()

The carbon fiber parts need to go, I like the wheels and quad exhausts.

Do you have any videos i'd like to hear that exhaust. The diffuser is a bit much but its all personal preference. Nice pictures you should try some high angles next time.

That's harsh! What's wrong with what he did? His car is done in the style that a lot of people are doing their BMW's in right now. The wheels might seem a little gaudy but otherwise it's clean. What did he "pimp" out? It's not like he has a fish tank in the back seat.

Its nice... but i think there a bit too much carbon fiber... the whole fog light and grill looks better black, also the rear diffuser looks a bit too bulky. Rims would like nicer bronze IMO...

I think it's unique and so it's your personal car. The gold wheels also go well I think with the car, they look nice.
Everybody is going to have their own opinion about mods so it's really a personal thing. I'm not a fan of spoilers but who cares what I think? If you like it then so be it. Carbon fiber is a nice look if not overdone. Overall, I think it's great. |

Overall pretty good except:
Would of went with black face same wheels since you are going the cf route Spoiler - better off white I like the carbon fiber hood and the diffuser plus front lip. |

Looking at the second pic, are you gonna clear the wheel wells on a harsh bump? Kumho tires, really? You spent some serious coin, put some well designed, sticky rubber on it.
Otherwise, good work. Too much for me, but I can see some peeps liking it. |
