She's here!!! - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

After the longest three months of my life, she has finally arrived, well at the dealer anyway. Saw her today and took a few pics. Clearly, I am biased (probably like seeing your kid for the first time) but she looked fantastic and now love the fact I went crazy on spec as more buttons to keep me amused for the first five minutes at least. Seeing 'xdrive' badge brought a tear to my eye, there was no doubt she was mine.

Only concern was the placement of the radar for active cruise that is very low down on the front and no doubt likely to get damaged in any type of minor impact (perish the thought).

Anyway, now got a very long few days before I can pick up.

See what you mean about the cruising radar though.

How do you know your car is a she? Is it because you've got a radar foofoo in the front?

Gender-isation is based around my strong feelings of love and passion for her. The only things that stir my soul in a similar way are female ie Kylie, Margaret Thatcher, Her Majesty etc.

Either my lease company or my dealer has been shockingly poor. Not easy to say who but I have my suspicions.

I did read on a thread somewhere about a central number you can call to check on delivery, spec etc, which I think other members were saying is realy accurate, have you tried that
