Ordered it yesterday:

MSRP: $40,770
Cost: $37,400 (USAA incentive)
MF: .00086 (7 MSD's)
Residual: .62

First time negotiating a lease and I enjoyed the process.

I initially planned to purchase (1.2% through USAA), but liked the flexibility of the lower costs for 3 years, along with the flexibility of purchasing or returning the vehicle in 3 years.

I read a number of informative posts on this forum prior to negotiating the deal that proved to be very useful, such as the option of making multiple refundable security deposits.

Look forward to driving my first BMW...!
