Split Screen stuck on Map - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

So I RTFM and it tells me to press Option and Split Screen and there should be the Content menu of what you can display.

There is none and the map is there no matter what I do.

Am I missing something? I want the Computer to display there--which it did once upon a time.

Edit: Got it to work. Didn't realize with Map you have to move controller to the right and depress giving you the option to change. Go figure. The manual sucks.

I agree, the manual is not very descriptive in this area. It would have to be another 200+ pages to fully describe everything in iDrive and I don't think most people read it anyway.

Another thanks from me to snowghost for editing and posting the solution. Today, I changed the right split screen to display navigation and then could not bring up the menu to change it to something else. After 10 mins trying to change it back, I felt like an idiot. Glad I found this post.
