Is anyone else having issues with their panic button?
I'm not sure when it started but I have noticed that when I press my Panic Button on my key fob the trunk opens. I have tried it multiple times and it pops the trunk every time. The trunk button still opens the trunk too. Took me some time to notice since the FOB is always in my pocket and I always use the comfort access.
Only reason I noticed I was trying to scare one of my friends, trunk opened, startled them but didn't work as well as the alarm.  |

Search the forum i posted it about month ago, at that time it was only me and one more guy in us that had that problem according to the service guy, you will prolly have to leave it at the dealer for about 1-2 days, they will have to re load all the code

Maybe when you panic, the car thinks it best to hide in the trunk and call for help...

Panic Button
I had the same problem (discussed in the previous thread). Because of the weekend, I ended up waiting a full week for the software to be upgraded by BMWNA to correct the problem but the dealer gave me an X6 as a loaner so I didn't bitch and moan.
