You ought to use a lower shutter speed and track&pan your shots. There's no movement in them so the car just looks parked

They're beautifully framed and exposed and the scenery is lovely, but try using a 1/60th shutter speed or around there when shooting moving cars

I don't think it is. It's Euro Delivery and they are in Germany (I believe).
