Update: Was supposed to get the car on Wed, then it got pushed to today (Fri). But dealer called to say they're still waiting on parts - now estimated to arrive next week from Germany. Told them I'd like the car back then until parts come in. No can do - shop foreman called and said they can't release the car to me because it's a 'safety issue' since the windows don't roll up/down.

First BMW... terrible experience so far.
