So now that I installed the DP, at cold start, the idle is harsh. I'm thinking that if the other side was open, it would smooth it out a bit. What is this 'plug' you guys are talking about? I'd rather do that than do the wire gig.

I took a look and the plug is obvious
![]() Now my question is, once you unplug it, do you need to do something w/ the male and female connectors so crap doesn't get in them? I'm not even sure I like it more yet. hey guys I just did mine on 28i, I have bms stage 1, afe scoop & filter so I noticed something about N20 engine there is barely any sound all I hear before golf tee mod flow from exhaust no growl or engine noise just flow covering everything then I did golf tee mod holy shit !! 10x flow idk if that common for N20 but my car now doesn't have any sound just flow from exhaust covering engine and exhaust sound weird.. anyway I tried to unplug only but the car behavior was awful maybe because of the tune ?
