what's the estimated time to install H&R springs or coilovers if you were doing it your-self?

I don't see any DIY out there, maybe someone can post something up.

About an hour with a helper and jacks/stands in a parking lot. I've done it a few times on a e46 race car and the F30 was basically the same but you need a E-14 torx so this e46 tutorial is pretty close if you know what youre doing mechanically.

I'd say more like two hours if you're mechanically inclined.
