supposed to pick up the 335 within the next week, i got estoril blue

Quick update... Car goes into production in Germany second week of December. CA says he will give me the Holiday Credit incentive. Nice!

Here's something I've been wondering. What happens if you return a 3 year 10k/yr lease with only 15k miles driven?

I am wondering how your dealer was able to obtain a German production slot for a US-bound 2013 335i. I just ordered my own 2013 335i xDrive (will post all details later) from Orange County, CA dealer. The dealer is trying to get a production slot from another dealer but all production slots seem to be at the South African plant.

Well, i ordered on 10/9 and production was still 2 mo away. I think he had 1 German available for the rest of the year, and this is the largest BMW dealership in Atlanta.

He offered me SA builds in November, but with the longer transport time, the delivery estimate was a wash.

All paperwork is complete. Just need to pick it up in SC on the 31st.

On the BMWUSA website, the Tracking timeline has it at "Finishing Touches". Will it actually never go to the last step (Finished) because it isn't being shipped to the dealer?
