I am unable to actoivate the sport display which is the meters showing HP and torque measurements.

Is it true it only works with cars specced with Navigation??

Here is what I consider to be the easiest method to pull up the displays you are asking for. Use the mode switch button to cycle through modes - go to Sport, select option for Sport Mode displays (I can't recall what the exact wording is).

Also, you don't need a Navigation spec'd car to see the sport display. From what I hear, the numbers are completely arbitrary and pre-programmed. They have no relation to the actual Torque and BHP you might be producing.

Edit - sorry for the misinformation, I meant to say you don't need the bigger Navigation display. Only one screen size option for the US.

Yes, there are countless threads on this and you need to have Navigation Professional equipped to have the Sport Display. The figures shown are KW and NM, and it is accurate on my UK 328i.

However, you can code a non-Nav F30 to make the Sport Display available on the standard iDrive screen. Also, you can change KW to HP whilst coding.
