There were no additional costs for me. $130 and done. The clamp came in the box with my exhaust

Hmm...That is what I get for buying it on ebay! Still, it only cost me $1088 Canadian, shipped and installed here including the clamp, so i guess I can't get too choked.

Went to check out my car at the dealer today, started it up and the exhuast was subtle but sounded nice. cant wait till i break it in

Yep. looks great. Exhuast sounded nice. Havent driven it yet. Will test drive tomorrow and sign the papers and take her home. Not going to go over 5,000rpm for the forst few hundred miles, but i think in sport mode at 4500rpm i should get a nice listen to it

how long are we supposed to break it in for? Dealer told me there wasn't a break in for 335i's, just M's...sigh.

During the first 1000 miles the material in the exhaust will break down and the sounds will get a litt better

I will say its not as loud as i thought it would be but it does have a nice sound, yhou can hear it cruising around and accelerating from a stop, probably sounds pretty good above 4500 rpm which i am not going yet.

Happy i got it.

hangs too low...sticks out too much...and over a grand for a sound barely louder than stock. Hmmm. At least the E9x N55 M-Perf. Exhaust made a much bigger difference in aggressive sound, especially when the overrun burbles still existed (pre ISTA updates). That's jsut me.

Thanks for being happy for me. It is a conversational forum ya know? I'm happy for everyone who made the purcase and are enjoying it. Ultimately, that's all that matters, no? I just personally don't believe it's much of an aural or visual upgrade for the price.

Yes, i have. Don't get me wrong, i think it's just fine but It sounds as loud as a stock e9x N55 exhaust to be honest.. Perhaps a little raspier but audibly the same loudness. A different sound rather than a louder sound. The f30 stock soundtrack is deeper in tone than the e9x and much quieter. I was hoping they'd give it a little more balls but It is what it is I suppose. I don't hate it at all...just wish it was a bit more aggressive aurally, louder, and had a bit better fit.
