Why I love Opti-Coat. - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Most of you in the GTA know that yesterday saw torrential downpours. Well, Here's a pic of my car this morning. It spent all day in the rain driving yesterday, and dried in my garage overnight.

Not the greatest pics (snapped with my phone, but it does show how Opti-Coat helps shed dirt. It'll be interesting to see how it works during the Winter.

No, I gave him a call yesterday but he didn't answer the phone. I hear he's incredibly busy, and anyway he's located in Mississauga.

I found another dent place that was mentioned in the E90 forums and it was a bit more centrally located. He did good work though, I can't even tell where the dents used to be, even the one on the hood ridge line. Took just under an hour for three dents, and reasonably priced. I'd mention the name of the place, but I don't know what the forum rules are.

for those interested, Optimum will be coming out with a warranty for Authorized Optiguard Installers. Once the details and warranty coverage is confirmed, I will put up details on my site, and here if allowed. Timing is looking like November sometime. Expect Optiguard to be a bit more money when Warranty is added.

Not Whitby, Oshawa originally ... well, close enough

But most of the clients are in the Toronto area and perhaps, that's why it's easier for him to have a steady shop to have all the clients to go there, instead being mobile and travel to all over the place.

I took delivery of a new 2013 328i Sport Line 12 days ago. I’m really enjoying it so far. I had Opti-Coat sealant applied by Brian / Concours Touch a few days after I took delivery. The resulting finish looks great – glass-like – and I love how water/rain beads and runs off so easily and how it makes washing/drying easier.

I always thought I'd have to drive that far to get it done through Bryan and therefore dropped the idea.

North York is still much better as I live in Sauga.
