Hi all,

While I was going to order 2013 328i, I got this offer from a dealer for a 2012 328i with premium
+tech
+cold weather
+xeon lights
+satellite radio (don't care about this)
+Jet black.
The MSRP is $44545. The dealer is willing to sell at $40650. Is this good deal? The dealer won't negotiate at all after I contact them online for the first time.

The invoice is around $40,970 for that car. I would go lower especially since its a 12'. You're technically under invoice, but you should definitley go lower. If they quoted you that right from the beginning, they can give you more discount..
