Ok, not sure how many UK F30 drivers are actually Forum members.

So thought I'd start up a wee thread for those of us who pass each other on the road etc etc...if this thread has already been started, apologies.

Spotted today; Mineral White F30 Sport, parked in covered garage underneath Total Fitness gym in Altrincham. Opposite Atrincham Cinema. First time I've seen Mineral White in the flesh. Very nice

Good call. We do this on the MPS owners forum since they're an extremely rare car. You'd be amazed how many times we spot a fellow member (if you'll excuse the expression!).

...was it you on the M1 southbound (South Yorkshire) last night (Sunday) at 9:15pm in a Silver 320d, registration starting BF62?

Very nice car, I noted the pro nav system. I assume that was what you were playing with as you had your indicator left on for about 2 miles and veering around your lane quite a bit I assume you were busy playing with all the toys onboard - so forgiven in my mind. Enjoy.

How could you tell ? I thought the physical size of the screen in all 3 series was the same, it's only the 'actual' size when turned on. And if you were paying that much attention, sounds like you could both ended up swapping numbers and insurance details.

Ok - I admit I was drooling over the rear light displays and cool body lines...but thankfully it was my Mrs doing the spotting in the car whilst I was busy asking her to look for specific options - she was wondering what all the fuss was about - 2 day old F30!

Saw my first F30 M Sport on the road today (that wasn't mine!)

Alpine White, 62 plate, about 2.40pm just at the cross roads at the Parrswood Cinema complex in Didsbury.

Looking good in white!

Today I saw two Alpine White F30s.

The first on the M32 coming from the M4 and turning off at J1 at about 6:30 this morning. This was a 12 plate.

The second one was on the way to Bristol Ikea at lunchtime. This one a 62 plate.

Seems to be the day for Alpine White F30s

I get mine next Thursday but even when I do I won't be able to see it driving on the road....

M Sports or just F30's? There are plenty of F30's out there. I have learnt to distinguish F10's from F30's.....too similar from behind if you ask me.

M Sports.

I've seen a few F30's, mostly non-xenons, which I have to say look terrible. I've seen one non-M Sport with xenons and the lights looked great. Glad I could squeeze them and 19"s into my limited car allowance...

I have seen one M Sport out there in Estoril Blue but that was last Sunday.

F30s are still pretty scarce though although I think that will change over the next few months.

Well if you guys may see a Mineral Grey M Sport around; then it may be me. Stuck with the 18s (not too unhappy actually, i needed to compromise somewghere) so I could afford xenons, adaptive suspension and a couple small upgrades.

So far I've seen 8 different F30s around Nottinghamshire (not including mine obviously!) all in black, alpine white, or mineral grey.

All bar 1 were 320d - the other (black) was a 328i.

Didn't see options particularly as driving at the time, but most appeared to be on 18s, with the 328 and a white on 19s.
