September 1st delivery?
I wonder how many people are waiting to take delivery of their F30 M Sport on the 1st September.
I still haven't seen one in the wild and was thinking that maybe after the 1st there may be more about.. Anyone on here waiting till next weekend?

I might just might, take delivery on the 1st. Although more likely it'll be the 8th.
Incidentally, I went down to my dealer's car storage facility today and didn't actually notice many F30 M-sports at all to be honest (there was mine and one other I think) and they'd just taken a truck delivery this morning. Dealer did mention they were struggling to get them in and he also confirmed there IS a delay on those ordered with the 19" wheels. I was quite lucky to beat this latest delay apparently. |

Mine has the 19's. Ordered on the 31st July, but I can not take delivery till the middle of October anyway due to it being a company lease. Should mean any wheel shortage is absorbed.
My lease company say the stock date (arrive at dealer) is the 1st Sept...! It's going to be a long 7/8 week wait. Which will be even worse when I know it is there at a dealers ready to go!

For me it will be exactly 100 days from ordering the car to collecting the car.
I think this last week will be the worst knowing it's there waiting for me. The finishing line is in sight though and this time next week I'll no doubt be pouring through the manual trying to work out everything works

Drove down to the inlaws today (90 odd miles on the M6 and) was really looking out for an Estoril blue M Sport....
.... didn't see any F30s...maybe as you say they will appear on Sep 1st

I'm getting mine 3rd September.
I can't wait, the car was ordered back in May, plus all the months of looking at M Sport pictures on this site before the order books even opened has made it seem a very long time. |

Dealer has confirmed I can pick mine up tomorrow afternoon!  Someone tell me how I'm going to get through work today and sleep tonight?!?!?!  What are you other guys doing? I may have to take a sleeping pill to knock myself out tonight! |

I picked my EBII M Sport up 2 weeks ago today, the dealer asked if I wanted to wait until the 1st Sept, to get the new plate......I just couldn't wait!! Had to have it, besides it's a company car so the plate designation doesn't really mean anything to me, I won't be reselling it, it'll just roll back to the lease company after 4 years.
Enjoy collecting your cars guys and congrats on the new reg! PS, I've still not seen another M Sport on the road yet. I have to look at a reflection in passing shop windows to get a glimpse of mine on the road as I drive by!! |

I've still not seen one on the road yet... Hoping to see one over the coming days.
Hope you guys that are collecting yours tomorrow enjoy the day! Very jealous.. Please post pictures and first impressions when you het a chance to look at a PC again... My lease company says that my car will be in stock (what ever that means) tomorrow, but realistically I can not take delivery till the middle of October... Only been waiting since the 6th December 2011 (the day my E91 died) so what's a few more weeks.!

Just back in and what a car
Ride is smooth, power is more than enough and even Eco Pro mode wasn't bad. Didn't try out Sport+ and from what my dealer was saying I don't think I will Fortunately we've had a bit of sun here today and that brings out the sparkle in the paint.
