Thank-you for posting the Product Guide.

Product guide indicates black roof rails as part of the Msport Line. ASAP specifies satin rails in my build. I wonder which one is correct?

Looks like a mistake in the order. I'd call BMW Canada with your CA if I were you...

Since you can order an F31 M sport, does this mean we Canadians can order an F30 328i with an M package starting in 2014 (with no special order) as well?!!?

April programs were released this afternoon. I just got my quote on my F31 based on 20,000 km per year and 4.9% interest rate.

39 month 54% residual and 48 months 48% residual.

A little lower residual values than I had expected.

Same here. I was told 46% but he forgot to mention the km/year associated to it.

46% residual on 48 month is definitely too low compared to the sedan.

That's such poo. I'd be first in line to get one!

So what are the details for the March incentives? They're the same ones as last month on BMW.ca

These values are good for 20k, the values given to me were for 24k km/yr. I guess I'll wait til May or June...

Yup they showed me 48mo 48% residual on a 20,000.

Gonna get some numbers for 39mo and 48mo on a 16000km/year and then it's time to negotiate (good thing the invoice values are out now too!)

4.9% on 24-48mo for 2014 F31.

So to recap, residuals for 39 & 48 mo leases:

16000km: 55% / 49%
20000km: 54% / 48%
24000km: 52% / 46%

According to one source, the Sedan has the same residual values... to me this makes little sense as the sedan is a 2013 model year, and the Touring is a 2014. Hopefully some incentives or lower interest rates might show up in a few months.

FYI: http://www.bmw.ca/ca/en/insights/spe...l_offers1.html

Keep in mind that certain lower interest rates require dealer participation ($500).
