Will it fit??

Wheel Specs:
3x 19x9.5 5x120 et 25 (x1 wheel is et 35)
Tires:
Michelin Pilot super sports
x2 235/35-19
x2 255/35-19


going on a 335i non-sport

Anytime! I would not shave that much off the wheel. It could affect the structural integrity of the wheel and can be dangerous. Better to be safe and get proper fitting wheels.

Diff set of wheels

will 9x20+24 fronts with a 10x20+24 rear fit?

but doesnt wheel width play a factor?

it will fit but you will have to have adjustable camber plates up front and you need a serious fender pull in the rear.
