Is This Normal? - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Rpm's fluctuate between 600 and 900 when the engine is warm. No matter if the AC is on or off, or if the transmission is on P,D,N or R.
Only 300 miles on the clock!!! Here is link to the video...

Mine is rock steady. I would have your dealer check it out.

Your car needs to get to the dealer.
There is a problem. It is not normal.

Mine is rock solid, A/C on or off. I've never seen it fluctuate after it's warm.

Could be idle control valve(ICV). Definitely get that checked.

Once I come back to town I'll take it to the dealer and will keep you informed about this issue...
