This has been a long and trying wait and I finally said enough is enough. I placed the order way back at the end of August when reservations first opened up. It is now mid January and nothing. So the vendor and myself decided the best thing to do is put it behind us. As such I'm ordering the full Meisterschaft gtc system along with their wireless remote. So now my exhaust system will comprise of the Challenge catted downpipe and the full Meisterschaft gtc system the rest of the way. It's a bummer about the Challenge situation but I am moving on. Plus the more I listen to the Meisterschaft the more I like it. The fact I can adjust the volume is another plus.

That is exactly what happened.

I was wiping them everyday that I drove her until I accidentally scratched the clear coat on one of the wheels. I piece of tar with a little rock got stuck to the microfiber and left it's mark in protest. Now I'm too paranoid to give them a daily wipe. I do wash the car once a week though.

Ordering today so it should show up next week if it's in stock still. The plan is to have it installed asap as I want to get the Challenge brake lines done at the same time. So hopefully within a couple weeks or so. It will be on before the car goes to the bodyshop the first week of February.

The parts are at the bodyshop and I forgot to take pics when I looked at them. Install is supposed to be the first week of February. Will have pics after as I signed up for the wekfest show on February 17th.

Mod update:

Installed the mperformance pedals over the weekend. Install was a breeze. You will need a drill, various drill bits, t15 torx, and a 7mm wrench. You install the pedals first, drill the holes, and install the hardware. Only thing of note is to make sure you drill the gas pedal holes smaller than the hardware and drill the holes a little bigger than the hardware for the brake and clutch.

Don't get me wrong I love the car, but it is not a M. I miss the feel of a M car if that makes sense. After driving a modded E46 M3 for over 8 years the F30 feels extremely disconnected and muted from the actual experience of driving. I am by no means 'trying' to sell it, but if an E90 M falls in my lap locally and this moves, then it will happen. It is more of a feeler than anything to see if there is actual local interest in the car.

maybe you should have bought a manual transmission version. as this is also my delema. i feel that the auto wont give me the true feeling of a sports car. as for the rest of the car, maybe stiffer bushings and better sway bars should help out.

No, still nervous about rubbing. I have narrowed down to m performance, KW coils, and I eibach pro kit. I will probably do something after tax season when I see how much the government wants to gut me for.

Yep have a manual. I was talking mostly about the steering feel or lack there of more than anything. I do agree that a proper suspension will help out tremendously, but one is not available yet that I am aware of.

Cool. Out of those three the mperformance would give you the least drop and be paired perfectly since they come with matching shocks. Plus its oem so you know you will be fine. KW's would work out too if you like to play with ride height though I don't know how high you can set it. You can always add more negative camber in the rear as well so that is another option.

Install, video, review! ... If you don't mind, here is what I'm looking for. With the stock exhaust, inside the car during start up and normal acceleration, on a scale of 1-10, I'd say the volume of exhaust is maybe a 2 or 3? I'd like to hear your evaluation on volume inside the car on a similar scale w/ the DP and MS.
