Long story short, I was hit by their driver (on a suspended license) running a red light. They said I'm 20% and won't budge. I know it probably won't do anything but I have to spread the word over this bullshit. And if you would also , then I would appreciate it.

Who is your insurance agent, and why aren't you having them fight with Allstate? Because it's YOUR insurance that is picking up the 20%, I think they'd be on your side......

Suspension should indicate 100% fault on the part of their insured. In fact, their insured technically isn't insured if they don't have a license. I would fight that bullshit all the way.

As long as the car is insured.

I would take the person to small claims court.
