I had my glasses come off in an accident once. Even stranger: My wristwatch came off too. I was only going about 40 mph, but it was unbelievably violent, and really made me appreciate the engineering that goes into automotive safety. (Not my fault; other guy ran a stop sign.)
But I agree with the video's point about how seat belts aren't perfect. Neither are airbags, for that matter. The best safety feature of any car is still the driver behind the wheel.
