This is so exciting, after months of waiting and seeing everybody else on this forum take delivery of their BMWs, the time has come for me to shine. Hope you all like the pics, I think I might the first with a Mojave exterior and Black Oyster interior on the forum.

Yeah thats one of the reasons I've ruled out the Modern Line. Not a fan of that 2-toneness. Least not in that manner.

This will be one of the few you ever see. The 2013 model year will have a black steering wheel when equipped with the Modern Line with black interior.

I am waiting on my order. Modern Line. Same interior. Black Sapphire exterior. These are some of the first decent pics I can find of the interior. I've been going back and forth on this interior versus the dark/light oyster interior. Hadn't seen this in person and since I'm in production, too late to change. My thoughts were that the all oyster was too washed out and would get dirty. Any followup thoughts from the owner as to how they like the interior since you've had the car? More often than not, people are hating on this! Hope I like it!!

It's bold and unique, I love it!

It's hard to tell in the pictures but are the gauge faces oyster too? That would make sense and tie the dash into the steering wheel better.

You are correct, wanted to post pics ASAP, turned out it was a gloomy day. Will post pics in the sun to show the different looks of the paint.

Well I used to have a 5 series with a light color interior, and hated every time you whore black sole shoes and marked the door entries. To me it was just like I didn't get to enjoy my car cause everyday I was so concern with not marking my beige leather. Hints my color choice, and I am very please with my choice even if everybody else doesn't like the bold color contrast in the steering wheel. It's unique and different, and since I am in Germany everybody out here has black, white, blue exterior bimmers, I just wanted to be different. Hope you like your car when you get it, as I do mine.

How do you like the wood interior? My second choice was the brushed chrome.

I've taken several test drives with this interior (because it's the one combo my dealer can't move) and I will say it looks a lot better in reality than in pictures.
