I would think .. eventually. Perhaps once they know how well or not the M sport pkg is selling for the 335.

BMW is business smart ... testing out the water first and if all goes well, then have that available for the 328.

for those who really want the M Sport pkg, i think you can "special order" it for an extra $400. the plant will build 328is with M Sport for the US market anyway, so it's clearly easy for them to do it for you.

however, not all BMW SLAs know how to special order. if you get turned down, take your business somewhere else.

it's possible, esp. if the same combo is available elsewhere. however, there are some obvious limitations to the special order program, like you can not order diesel X1s because emission regulations (euro vs. na)

the first and most important thing according to X1driver, you need to find a SLA who knows how to special order

BMW MY2013 F30 (328i)

I was told that BMW Canada manager read this form and I hope they do as I have few things to say.
The fact that this car is not being offer with the M-Sport package is very disappointing. What is even more disappointing is the fact that I was willing to pay for the SPACIAL ORDER to get the car the way I wanted. I am saddened and anger with BMW Canada for making buying the BMW car such unpleasant experience. I always though buying my first BMW would be exciting and fun but I was clearly mistaken. I feel that yet again I am being punished to be Canadian since one can buy 328i with M-sport package in US without any restrictions. That said BMW Canada has invested significant efforts to limit importing cars from US by Canadians as it diminishes the Canadian Sales. Fortunately, where there is a will there is a way and I am intending to exercise my right and purchase the BMW 328i with the M-sport package in US market. There will never be a day that I will allow BMW Canada to dictate what I can or can not buy especially if I am willing to pay extra. Further to that I am intending to voice my disappointment with BMW Canada treatment of Canadian customers (there is many as you know) in provide as much information on forms etc. ,which I hope will make it easer for others to purchase the 328i M-sport in US. Every lost sale to BMW Canada is victory to me for such tasteless and classless move.
Regards

The special order fee applies once or for each deviation from the standard options?

Does any one know of a Dealer in Ontario who has the experience of doing so?

according to X1driver, it's a one time fee for the whole order.

If you planing on ordering 328i with the M-sport your are out of luck as one can not make such request at present time, even via Spacial Order. I been trying to do so and been told that there is no way this will happen in Canadian market at this time.

maybe it's timing as well... try speaking directly with the head of sales or fleet. someone has got to know how to do it.

X1driver was able to order a loaded 2012 X1 including rear view camera and M Sport under special order since both options are not available in Canada. too bad he's in vancouver, otherwise you could contact his guy to special order your 328i M Sport

I am willing to try anything to get the 328i M-sport even if it means I get it from Vancouver, that said I was told by two dealers that there is not a chance at all to get one in Canada at least not in present time. It maybe possible at some point (year or more) but definitely not now.
I live in Windsor so trip to US about 5min not a big deal. It is just so frustrating that BMW Canada makes it really hard for us Canadians to buy cars in US and yet they don't allow as buying the same level of options here in Canada. They simply can not have it both ways. This is their ploy to get more money and nothing alse. The car is already being made the only difference is the running lights and the gauge cluster (mils vs km)

I am really sick BMW Canada propaganda and that is why I will be buying my car in US. Is not like I havenít tried to buy it in Canada.

First of all, I wanted to Thank Jason Kwan of Endras and Sean Chaudhry of Town & Country BMW for being extremely helpful with the process of learning about the new F30 BMW. I am sure that with our their help the purchase would not be as easy as it was today. If I lived in GTA I would defiantly be seeing them to get deal done. Unfortunately, getting the deal done locally was a priority for me. That said, anyone looking to buy BMW in GTA, these two guys are the once to see.

Nevertheless, today I managed to order 335i M-Sport with the following options at the OverSeas Motors in Windsor.

F30 335i
Estoril Blue Metallic with Trim Highlight in Estoril Blue Matt and Brushed Aluminum Trim
Driver Assistance Package
BMW Apps
Premium Package
BMW Assist w/Extend Bluetooth
M-Sport Package
19" M Wheels
Adaptive M Suspension
Park Distance Control Front and Rear
Sirius Satellite Radio Turner

MY SA was Anthony Khoury 519-254-4303 who has done great job with making this deal possible. Should anyone need help with buying a BMW in Windsor his is the person to contact. He as gone the extra step to make is a great experience.
