do you know how to take it off, is it possible to take it off, I can't find the thread that explained that.

If you are talking about the license plate holder from the initial shipment of the F30 to the USA for initial dealer stock, then that bracket can only be removed by taking off the front bumper.

8 screw holes in the bumper. About 500 - 600 in auto body repair.
