i am currently driving a 9 month old E90 m-sport, however it is a lease and i plan to pick up an F30 when i go to college. I am stuck between luxury and sport line because i love the classy look of the luxury line, especially the imperial blue/saddle combo ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, but in my m-sport, i love the split sport seat option. The only way to get sport seats is the sport line. DO you think that i could order my luxury line with saddle sport seats? I have been to all of the factories and know that they are made by separate manufacturer, and shipped to the factories except for individual. What would be the cost? i know that with BMW all you have to do is throw some money at it, and most of the time you get what you want. Also, if i can't get sport seats, is not having them a really big deal? Still not sure..... what do you guys think? I ordered my E90, and i have no problem ordering my F30, especially since both my father and uncle want to do F32 and F3(?) convertible EDs with me. We currently have the same setup, E90, E92, E93, and We'll have a new family soon (except for E91/F31), but this was just a quick question since I'm pretty anal about my cars. Thanks!

No, you can't order sport seats with the luxury line in the US. If you have them now, I would bet you'll miss them

well, we will see. i may continue with the m-sport. i just need to change my pants any time i see one or a imp/saddle. I also will definitely go with a 335 this time. not that the 328 sucks, but i am the only one in my family without some turbo action!!! Even my mom has it in her X5!! and i love the throaty sound of the 335. I got to test drive the new f30 when they got to my dealer and got up to 120 pretty fast with the new 4cyl. when we stopped to switch drivers, i could smell the cosmoline from a mile away!! haha. Still though, i want the 335.....

Unfortunately, you can't order these "ala carte" like in the past. This is one of the complaints of the "lines" approach with the F30. You have two options to get sport seats 1) Sport Line 2) M-Sport Package (available starting July '12).

This is the same concern for myself and many of us. I want saddle interior with Msport. The drive event manager at the Team USA event told me that the lack of interior options was the biggest complaint by far from consumers about the F30. There are rumors that they may release some of the restrictions for MY13. These are rumors only. We will know for sure if and when they FINALLY release the freaking ordering guide.

Come live in the UK, I'm having Sports Seats in my Luxury! I agree these Line's are very frustrating to get the car you want. I ideally wanted the Fine Brushed Aluminium Trim but nope, Sport Line only and we can't get the Sport Line on anything past a 320d here because it is a "Budget Line". The M Sport is also exclusive to 328i and 335i. Ugh, Lines!

At this point, it's complete BS that they haven't done it already. The car is done, any changes are locked. They are intentionally holding it in order to avoid impacting 2012 sales.
