You will most definitely enjoy Europe. I vacationed there last summer with my family. We were gone for a total of two and a half months. We spent half of the time in Africa (Burkina Faso and Ghana) because most of our family is there. The rest we toured around in Venice, Verona, Milian, Florence, Paris, and Barcelona. You will really love Europe, it is going to be an everlasting experience and memory for you as it was for me.

Never understood the point of summer school. None of the serious, upper division classes are offered in summer, and easy GE classes that are offered in summer can be taken during regular semester without all that ball busting.

As for my summer, I will be biking and hiking a lot

Easy way to get credits for graduation and stuff without having to burden yourself with an extra class during the year.

Also good for people who want to graduate early.

Plus, a lot of times the classes are fun and interesting with minimal work. And, for some, you get to take courses at a university different from the one you are in. (For example, I'm at Johns Hopkins, but if I am going to take a course this summer, it will be at UCLA or USC).
